B-COMPLEXE EVEXIA® is a food supplement which brings together the vitamins of the B family. This family of vitamins is recognized as an excellent source of energy and acts on the functioning of the immune and nervous systems. In addition, it contributes to the protection against cell oxidation .

- Vitamin B12: 1ug

Dosage
Oral route. Reserved for adults and children aged 15 and over:
- 1 tablet per day to be taken with a large glass of water in the morning
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

- Vitamin B1: Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to the production of energy from carbohydrates and promotes the proper functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamin B2: Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is essential for energy production, tissue growth and regeneration, and eye and skin health.
- Vitamin B3: Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) helps convert food into energy, supports skin health, and helps maintain a healthy nervous system.
- Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) plays a crucial role in the metabolism of proteins and amino acids, as well as the functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is essential for the formation of red blood cells, the functioning of the nervous system and the production of DNA.
