Lemon essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the peel of the lemon (Citrus limon). It is characterized by its fresh and tangy smell which immediately evokes freshness and vitality. In addition to its intoxicating fragrance, it contains a significant quantity of vitamin C, giving this oil antiseptic and stimulating properties. These qualities make it a must for aromatherapy.

Usage tips
- Inhalation : To decongest the respiratory tract, add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of hot water or to a diffuser. Inhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes.
